AGAIN - NOT LEGAL. AT ALL. I SPOKE TO THE OWNERS. UNFORTUNATELY YEARS OF PICKING UP GLASS FROM BROKEN BEER BOTTLES AND THOUSANDS SPEANT CLEARING OUT THEIR GUTTERING OF EMPTY SPRAY CANS HAS LEAD TO THIS WALL BECOMING ILLEGAL. COPS OFTEN PATROL AND ARREST WRITERS WHO PAINT THERE |
